Terms of Service
1. Scope of Work

Residential: Services will be performed as outlined in the signed estimate or digital booking confirmation.

Commercial: Services are governed by the specific Site Map and Statement of Work (SOW) attached to the commercial contract.

Add-ons: Any work requested outside the original scope (e.g., "while you're here, can you move these rocks?") will be billed at our standard hourly rate of $95.00 or quoted separately.
2. Access and Preparation

Access: Clients must ensure gates are unlocked and clear access to the service area is provided on the scheduled day.

Obstructions: Please clear the lawn of toys, pet waste, garden hoses, and large debris. We reserve the right to skip areas cluttered with debris or charge a "cleanup fee" if our crew has to clear the area to work.

Pets: For the safety of our team and your animals, pets must be secured indoors during service.
3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Weather: Landscaping is weather-dependent. Rain, extreme heat, or frozen ground may result in rescheduling. We will notify you of the new service date as soon as possible.

Cancellations: We require 48 hours notice for any service cancellations. Failure to provide notice may result in a "trip fee" of $75.00.
4. Payment Terms

Residential: Payment is due upon completion of service unless a monthly billing cycle has been established.

Commercial: Net [30] terms apply unless otherwise specified in the contract.

Late Fees: Payments overdue by more than [30] days will incur a late fee of 1]% per month.
5. Utilities and Underground Risks

Marking: For any digging or trenching, the client is responsible for marking private underground lines (invisible fences, private irrigation, satellite lines) not covered by public utility marking services (e.g., 811).

Liability: We are not responsible for damage to unmarked private lines or shallow-buried irrigation heads.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee & Damage

Reporting: Any concerns regarding the quality of work or claims of property damage (e.g., a nicked fence or broken sprinkler) must be reported within [24/48] hours of service.

Rectification: We reserve the right to inspect and repair any damage or re-perform unsatisfactory work before any third-party repairs are commissioned.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate recurring service agreements with [30] days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend service immediately for non-payment or unsafe working conditions.
